Inspired by the Scottish Arts and Crafts movement, Hardwood Artisan's Glasgow Desk is reminiscent of the works of "" -- Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868-1928), James Herbert MacNair (1868-1955), and sisters Margaret Macdonald (1864-1933) and Frances Macdonald ((1873-1921). The artists met as young students at the Glasgow School For The Arts in the late 1800's and formed a creative alliance, making an important contribution to the development and recognition of the distinctive "Glasgow Style". We are honored to present our representation of this timeless style.
